Chief, Emergency Medicine
Reporting to the Chief of Staff and in partnership with the Program Medical Director of Emergency, the Chief of Emergency Medicine provides leadership for the Department across all Halton Healthcare hospital and community sites. This role provides the chance to oversee clinical operations, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes in the emergency department. As part of Halton Healthcare’s leadership team, the Chief of Emergency Medicine will work closely with executive leadership to implement high-quality, patient-centered care practices that align with the organization’s vision and goals.
Program Medical Director, Emergency
Reporting to the Vice President, Medical and Academic Affairs (VPMA), and in partnership with the Program Director, and the Chief(s), the Program Medical Director, Emergency provides leadership for the Program across all Halton Healthcare hospital and community sites. This is a pivotal opportunity to lead and shape emergency care services across a progressive healthcare system known for innovation and quality patient care.
These opportunities come at an exciting time of change as Halton Healthcare transitions to become One Halton Healthcare, creating a truly integrated system across our three hospitals and nine community sites. The candidates will be skilled in team collaboration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving innovation in patient care.
