Tanya Lanigan

Tanya has a deep commitment to connect, and co-create impactful change within leadership and organizations to assist them in developing their leadership road maps and accelerate target goals. The underlying focus of her practice is leadership legacy and she applies it to her work in Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Coach Education, Executive Coaching, and Team Development. Tanya is a visionary educator, facilitator, consultant and leadership partner, who believes that you have the choice and the capacity to transform your future and achieve results. At the heart of Tanya’s career, she has worked on the traditional territories of the Snuneymuxw, Quw’utsun, Tla’Amin, Snaw-naw-as and Qualicum First Nation traditional lands, within the Treaty 6 territory, as well as on the traditional territories of the Kwanlin Dün, and Ta’an Kwach’an Council, the Carcross/Tagish First Nation and Tr’ondek Hwech’in First Nation, supporting leaders to build on their capacity and their team's capacity and enhance strong collaborative relationships.

A person with a keen interest in health and well-being, Tanya pursues an active lifestyle. She enjoys power walking, kayaking, fishing, cooking and biking with her husband, three grown children and friends amidst the natural beauty of the Yukon and Vancouver Island.
