Sharon Bishop

Sharon Bishop, Founder and Lead Executive of Humans Inspired Inc. is passionate about reconnecting with the humanization of leadership. With a 26 year career in health, and previous role as Director of Organizational Culture with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, she prioritizes trauma-integrated leadership and creating a workplace experience where people contribute meaningfully, feel safe, valued, respected and cared for.

A certified CCHL Leadership Faculty, with a Masters in Health Administration, Fellowship in Health System Improvement, a background in neuroscience nursing and the Foundations of NeuroLeadership. Most recently certified in Advanced Professional Executive and Team Coaching. Sharon is a concerned and committed leader and organizational development professional who values psychological safety, inclusion and the health and wellbeing every day. For everyone.
