Sylvie Labelle is a certified coach, facilitator, consultant and trainer with over 20 years of experience.
She works with executives, entrepreneurs and professionals at key transition points in their professional and personal lives and want to reach their full potential and goals. Her firm, CFI Syllab Inc., specializes in leadership, change and innovation -- how to navigate it effectively and innovate when you're in the middle of it, and how to drive it when it's necessary to achieve higher performance, in order to change the mindset.
She is a PCC executive coach and an Integral Master Coach™.
She is also coach, facilitator, consultant and trainer with Health Canada and a mentor coach for Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH).
She has taught Leadership and mobilization for executives and new executives in the health sector for Laval University for more than 10 years and facilitated the peer-mentoring program at WXN (Women Executive Network).
She was a management coach at Bombardier Aerospace and has over 10 years of experience in IT on how to use technology strategically.
She also has taught at Montreal University, Bishop’s, ETS and Concordia University.
