Marilynn Kendall

Marilynn Kendall is a seasoned leader with 22+ years of leadership experience in the Canadian healthcare system gained while holding positions ranging from entry level front-line roles to the Director level. She has extensive experience leading diverse multidisciplinary teams in complex, chaotic, and often-dysfunctional environments. During her leadership tenure she initiated, led, and implemented both small and large ground-breaking organizational change projects that transformed aspects of the healthcare system at an internal, regional, and provincial level.

Throughout her career Marilynn has held a passionate commitment to leadership and serving others. Her dedication to the advancement of leadership led her to complete a master’s degree in leadership & training at Royal Roads University (RRU) in 2003 and to the attainment of a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching in 2010 (RRU). 

Marilynn exited organizational life in 2011 with the steadfast desire to pay it forward. She established Endless Possibilities Executive Coaching & Consulting and now applies her leadership skills, knowledge and expertise as she coaches women leaders to kick their feelings of imposter syndrome to the curb and lead with confidence and courage.

Her clients include leaders within the fields of healthcare, education, accounting, real-estate, human resources, IT, City Planning, and First Nations land resources. A possibilities thinker with a values-based, results focused approach, she partners with her clients to help them uncover the root causes of their challenges and lead with clarity and confidence.
