Judith Wyllie

Judy has contributed to the care and development of people within the healthcare sector for her entire career and continues to do so in retirement.

Judy is a Certified Executive Coach and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.  Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (University of Toronto), a Master of Healthcare Administration (Saint Joseph’s College, Maine) and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (Royal Roads University). Judy is a Certified LEADS and CHE Program Coach.

Judy has lived and worked in Canada and the United States and experienced many evolving changes to the healthcare system over the years. The common thread that Judy observed is the delicate and essential balance of relationships and results. Transformational change requires leaders to dig deep into understanding and owning who they are, how they are perceived by others, leveraging and translating those insights of self-leadership to influence change at the local and broader system level.

Judy’s experience as a senior leader in healthcare and as a certified executive coach enables her to create and facilitate customized leadership development programs supported by individual or group coaching. Judy brings a strong coaching presence and deep respect to her clients, holding them capable of connecting with their own insights and generating the energy to act on those insights.

Judy cherishes spending time with her husband, family and friends. She relaxes through the joy of creating something with her hands, cooking, baking, knitting and spending time outdoors enjoying nature.
