Yvonne “Shelley” Taylor is a Certified LEADS Coach of the LEADS Collaborative (www.leadscollaborative.ca), and uses LEADS coaching capabilities to partner with providers, leaders, and teams for greater action through transformative LEADS coaching conversations and customized consulting expertise.

Yvonne “Shelley” brings you 25-years-plus experience as an innovative health leader who has used LEADS framework for strategic planning in executive leadership environments, and within areas of health systems thinking for front-line operational management. Included in her experience is the ability to understand the dynamics of providing quality patient-centric care through a variety of local, regional, provincial and national health care systems and governments.

With her infectious smile, astute listening skills and commitment towards excellence and possibilities, Yvonne “Shelley” partners with you to establish vision, appropriate goals, clarity of action plans, and milestone celebrations. She is known for her expertise in executive business coaching, strategic business planning, operational management, project management, and team development. She highlights her educational background as an active Canadian Health Executive (CHE), an accredited ICF Executive Coach (CEC), PMI trained Project Manager, just to name a few. Yvonne "Shelley" has held key leadership positions in primary care, medical affairs, population health, allied health operations, accreditation, teaching, as well as, working within the public sector, private industry, and non-profit societies. She has volunteered as a mentor for a variety of emerging leaders who have successfully advanced to the next level of their career, and is happy to engage as a mentor for you.

On a personal side, Yvonne “Shelley” aligns her work life and personal life with her core essential values of Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Courage (aka EPIC!). She is married with one grown son. Her hobbies include golfing when the sun is shining, cooking many culinary delights for others to enjoy, and reconnecting with family and friends when she can. She currently resides in Kelowna BC.
