Marcy Saxe-Braithwaite

Dr. Marcy Saxe-Braithwaite is a senior strategic visionary healthcare leader.  Marcy has over 40 ears of healthcare experience in progressively senior management positions with an extensive track record in Business Process Improvement and enabling quality care environments.  She has worked in British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Ontario. 

Marcy has an unyielding passion for advancing the delivery of safe, responsive and quality patient/family centred care.  She has a solid reputation for delivering results in transformational leadership, strategic planning and operational reviews. 

Marcy has been a member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders since 1993 and attained her CHE designation in 1997.  She sits on the Professional Standards Council, grades papers, and participates in Boot Camps.

Marcy trained in LEADS in 2010 and is a coach and facilitator. 

Marcy has her BScN, MScN, MBA and DBA.  Her dissertation research focused on Authentic Leadership in Healthcare CEO's in Ontario.

In addition, Marcy is a certified Leadership Coach and Certified Nurse Legal Consultant.
