Dr. Shelley McClure is passionate about propelling individuals to success by supporting them to look within and to lead from where they stand. Leadership in every capacity is about building relationships and taking action that transforms self, organizations, and communities. Coaching is a catalyst for change and Dr. McClure fosters a collaborative partnership with clients to support the achievement of extraordinary results.
Dr. McClure is an engaging coach, educator, and facilitator. She has over thirty years of experience working with clients in business, education, and health care. Regardless of the industry, Shelley is a champion of transformative leadership, one that is equitable and just, inclusive of relationships, and positive thinking.

Dr. McClure leads a fulfilling life with her husband, who she met in high school, their daughter and son-in-law, and their senior American cocker spaniel. Shelley loves to spend time in nature hiking and cycling, as well as reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
