Hi, My name is Debbie Walsh. In June 2025, I retired from NLHS where I was a VP and COO of Eastern Rural Zone. I continue to Work with Accreditation Canada as an active surveyor. I have completed the Registered Nursing Diploma ( 1990), Bachelor of Nursing Degree ( 2004), Masters Degree in Health Studies Leadership ( 2011) and have my CHE designation ( 2017). I have been a mentor throughout my career within my organization and have availed of several mentors throughout my career within Eastern Health and most recently through the CCHL. It was a very rewarding and fantastic opportunity.
