Kathleen Paterson
My Coaching perspective …
My coaching practice is a reflection of my beliefs on how people grow and develop. I believe that it is best achieved within an environment of support, curiosity and reflection. I will commit to being truly curious with you and provide support for you to achieve your goals. With curiosity, support and ongoing self-reflection, you will commence a journey to create space for forward movement; moving past many of the limitations that you once thought were barriers to achieving the success you desire.
Coaching works best when you engage yourself fully, with courage and openness for the process. In what dimensions of your life do you need to create more space for the desired changes to take root?
