Greg Hadubiak
Greg Hadubiak is a Certified Executive Coach, TEC Canada Chair and Consultant affiliated with Western Management Consultants. He specializes in providing services in the areas of Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Strategic/Business Planning, Change Management and Quality Improvement. His passion is development of individual and organizational potential.
Greg brings to his clients the benefit of 25 years of experience as a senior executive, 10 years as an Executive Coach, and has a proven track record of developing and implementing outcomes-oriented solutions in complex and dynamic environments. Prior to Western Management Consultants, Greg was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Covenant Health. In his ten-year tenure he oversaw the entirety of health operations at the Misericordia Hospital, Grey Nuns Hospital and Villa Caritas-$300 million in budget and 800 acute care beds. In that capacity, he was a key liaison and participant in province-wide initiatives with Alberta Health Services. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer health organizations in Manitoba and Saskatchewan dating back to 1986. As a result he is very sensitive to the complexities of public sector organizations and the subtleties of the social, political and economic environment in which they function.
Greg has a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Alberta. He was a long standing member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders and has been a member of the Executive of the Northern Alberta Chapter of CCHL.
