Carol Gray
As a leadership expert, coach, and facilitator, I am privileged to work in partnership with emerging and seasoned leaders to support them to achieve their greatest potential, and to excel in their current and future roles. Clients often describe my style as personable, enthusiastic, encouraging, and skilled to move them to be bolder in their development as a leader.
Prior to my transition to the field of coaching and leadership development, my career spanned over three decades of health care leadership at all levels including VP and SVP. This experience has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and expertise about integrated health care organizations and community services at local, provincial, and national levels. I understand the opportunities and challenges of the ever-changing dynamics of working in complex organizations. This career involved leading major initiatives that have contributed to the health and well-being of individuals and communities. It is this rich background that fosters my continued passion for supporting the development of professionals to be strong leaders who create huge positive impact.
My education includes a Master of Nursing degree (University of Alberta) and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (Royal Roads University). Additionally, I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coach Federation.
