With over 3000 hours of executive coaching experience, I have partnered with a diverse range of private and public sector leaders from executive to front line managers and emerging high potentials in the healthcare, legal, financial, regulatory, property development and leasing, mining, high tech, transportation, environmental, education, and government sectors. In recent years, my practice has primarily focused on the health care sector partnering with senior and executive administrative and physician leaders.

With strength in both systems and strategic thinking, I can see a situation through the individual lens and then dial that up to a systems perspective.  My organizational and small ‘p’ political experience gained during my career in executive leadership in Saskatchewan and Alberta enable me to understand circumstances at multiple levels and support clients to gain insight and choose the most appropriate action.

I use my caring and enthusiastic nature coupled with deep listening and incisive questioning to create a safe environment for my clients to share their deepest vulnerabilities, opening doors to new possibilities and ways of being. Without judgment or attachment, I share my observations of patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be at play, creating insightful moments for my clients to consider how these patterns might be impacting their leadership effectiveness.  With a strong leadership background, I draw from a wide array of experiences and thought leaders, bringing models and tools applicable to the situation at hand.

I value lifelong learning and am pleased to have met ICF’s, the world’s largest organization of professionally trained coaches, stringent credentialing requirements for the highest level of coaching certification, Master Certified Coach. https://coachfederation.org/app/uploads/2018/06/June2018_FactSheet.pdf
