Sandra Brooks

Sandra is an executive coach with over 15 years of experience leading and managing both unionized and non-unionized teams and has first-hand experience working in fast-paced and complex organizational structures.  She has coached Vice-Presidents to emerging leaders in both the private and public sectors.

She has an unwavering belief that everyone can be the positive agent of change in their organizations when they dare to be the leader they envision.  Sandra quickly gets to the heart of the issues using humourous compassion for our human complexity that can transform barriers to professional and personal success.  As an accountability partner, she leverages her experience to support individuals and organizations to embrace courage in achieving their goals and changing their workplace cultures.

Sandra has a Bachelor of Honours and Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation at the Professional level (PCC) and a Certified LEADS Coach.
