Joe Giannini

Joe Giannini is the Vice President at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Canada, responsible for Sales Strategy and Enablement. As a member of the Canadian leadership team, Joe leads the Strategic Customer Group to deliver meaningful outcomes for key customers of BD. Joe also leads BD Canada’s commercial enablement initiatives to better position its commercial team for success.

Joe is a seasoned commercial leader with over 20 years of work experience in medical technology and healthcare industries in Canada, with growing responsibilities. He has a strong track record of building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, as well as managing P&L and achieving commercial success in various organizations. Prior to BD, Joe had Commercial Leadership roles in CONMED, CAE Healthcare and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Concordia University and a Master’s Degree in Biophysics and Molecular Biology from Université de Montréal.
