Dianne McCoy

A speaker, executive coach and facilitator with experience in supporting leaders in leadership development, coaching, change management, human resources, training and administrative management.
Her goal is to engage with mid to senior level leaders who have a desire to be more effective in their roles in how they lead. Working with her clients as their confidential partner, they review where they are, determine where they want to go and what they want to achieve. A plan of action with follow-up provides clients with their desired results. Her clients typically are experiencing a variety of changes and growth in their roles, responsibilities and reporting and may now be responsible to and for others located in other cities, regions and/or countries.

Her experience is varied and includes leadership roles in the public service in departments and on projects including change projects and working with teams, volunteer initiatives and engagement. She has international experience working in Europe and living and working in the Middle East providing her with appreciation for the opportunities and challenges in working with and in other cultures. Her clients have included senior to mid level managers in a variety of sectors including public service, oil and gas, electricity, communication, manufacturing and education. As Associate Faculty in the Graduate Executive Coaching Certificate Program at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC, she is currently a mentor coach working on-line with mid-career leaders and professionals from around the world.
