The College is inviting nominations for the 2022 National Awards Program. This is a great opportunity to recognize and promote the outstanding leaders and programs in your organization.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many organisations developed innovative and creative programs that helped to successfully respond to difficult challenges. Recognize these programs by nominating them for a CCHL National Award!
Award recipients will be recognized during the College’s 2022 Honouring Health Leadership event. The date and format of this celebration will be announced later this year.

Individual Awards
The nomination deadline for these four individual awards is November 30, 2021. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit Section B of the nomination template by February 1, 2022.
