CCHL launches the Circle, where members can connect, learn, and develop

October 28, 2021

We are thrilled to officially launch our ground-breaking online health leadership networking, community-building, knowledge sharing, and skill development platform.

The CCHL Circle allows health leaders to connect virtually with others in similar roles, within their own community, or anywhere in Canada. There will be moderated discussion forums on specific topics, with a national lens and within local communities, and leadership development services available on a tiered basis.

This is a platform for members to connect in a new, exciting, and simple way, as well as a source of ongoing leadership development and support services. LEADS Canada coaches and facilitators will be providing the leadership development services within the Circle, which includes group coaching, micro-learning, journal club, career support and services. These services will be aligned to themes that reflect the current context being experienced by health leaders, and the health system. The theme for November will be Health Human Resources. The leadership content may include burnout, resiliency, physical and psychological safety… to name just a few. We are thrilled to be launching this one-of-a-kind service as a brand new CCHL member benefit!

CCHL Members will have access to foundational leadership development services, while those with their CHE or Fellowship designations will have access to specialized advanced leadership development opportunities. Subscriptions will be available for those wanting to access the advanced leadership development opportunities who may not yet have their CHE or Fellowship.

CCHL members simply need to look out for an email from the Circle platform with instructions on how to activate their account. (Depending on your server settings, the initial email may be directed to your spam folder).
