In this session Rhonda Collins, Chief Nursing Officer at Vocera, will be discussing the 2021 CNO Report – Protect the Nurse, Protect the Practice: Effective Communication is the Foundation for Keeping Nurses Safe. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the solutions proposed in six areas to help nurse leaders take steps to adjust the norms and expectations that contribute to nurses’ stress and cognitive burnout.
