As the Recovery Stage of the pandemic and its toll on us and our mental health persists, the landscape is changing ambivalently. On one hand, the increase in population vaccination rates and the easing of social restrictions provides hope that we are on the right track; however, in many parts of the country, the fourth wave is wreaking havoc on our health systems and experts warn that COVID-19 may be with us in some form for the indefinite future.
