Through a mix of dyadic lecture and small group work, this session will contextualize the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action within Canadian health care systems in ways that are relevant to leaders. The session will include group learnings on institutionalized and other forms of racism, the impacts these systems have on Indigenous health, and the role health leaders can play in identifying and restructuring inequitable systems.Â
