As we try to move past COVID, health care professionals are experiencing unprecedented levels of burnout and are leaving the field at record levels. In response to this, the 2022-23 Southern Alberta Chapter series of professional development events will focus on linking generations of leaders to discuss ways to retain the current workforce and inspire younger generations to make a career investment rebuilding the health system.

This online event will kickoff the series of six events.
