The Certified Health Executive (CHE) Program is pleased to present an interactive session led by the CCHL’s Dr. Jaason Geerts, Director of Research and Leadership Development, which explores his concept of The Great Optimization – the leadership and people strategy for the changed and evolving landscape of work around the world.
Topics include how staff expectations have shifted globally, the kind of leadership required in this context, and the challenges and opportunities this situation presents.
The session will draw on participants’ insights and the most recent findings from the College’s national and international research initiatives, as well as current and emerging trends in health leadership.
