The LEADS Online Self-Assessment tool is an opportunity for self-reflection and in order to better understand your capabilities and behaviours with respect to the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework.
By completing the assessment, an individuals will get a better sense of their key leadership strengths and potential areas for development. The self-assessment is based on the LEADS Framework and includes a sample of the key skills, abilities and knowledge required to lead at all levels of an organization.
CCHL members have access to the LEADS Online Self-Assessment as part of their membership benefit package.
The LEADS Self-Assessment is also available for purchase by organizations, and can be an effective first step in introducing the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework to an entire workforce. The online self-assessment tool is not intended to be part of a performance or leader skills review process so if leadership development is the goal, our LEADS 360 assessment tool may be more appropriate.
Once the organization has purchased the license, CCHL will provide registration and login details to access the self-assessment.
