About the CCHL Circle
An online community where CCHL members can connect, learn, and develop
The CCHL Circle is a one-of-a-kind membership benefit that offers both on-demand, contextualized, online leadership development opportunities as well as a member engagement platform. Hosted on the Circle is the newly overhauled mentorship program. We encourage you to access the Circle and explore all that it has to offer.
CCHL Members have free access to foundational leadership development services, while those with their CHE or Fellowship designations will have access to additional specialized advanced leadership development opportunities. Subscriptions are available for those wanting to access these advanced leadership development opportunities who may not yet have their CHE or Fellowship. The platform also allows health leaders to connect virtually with others in similar roles, within their own community, or anywhere in Canada.
The Circle’s Membership Communities
CCHL Member Community
The CCHL Member community is a new member benefit for CCHL members. Member participants will be able to connect with CCHL Members across Canada based on geography, a specific topic and/or a role in the health care continuum. Members will also have access to the refreshed CCHL mentorship program as well as resources and services for ongoing leadership development (valued at $900 per year) that includes discussion forums moderated by a certified LEADS Canada Executive coach, Campfire Chats, career support resources, webinars, and more.
Advanced Leader Community
The Advanced Leader community is a new benefit for those who have their CHE designation, others may purchase access through an annual subscription. Members of the Advanced Leader community will be able to access the content on the CCHL Member community as well as access to additional advanced leadership development opportunities, valued at $3,500 per year, including micro-learning (bite-sized, directly applicable leadership lessons) developed by a LEADS Canada facilitator, ReadingEdge Leadership forum (interactive discussions based on a monthly article), webinars on career advancement, CCHL Think Tanks, group coaching and community-specific discussion forums facilitated and moderated by certified LEADS Canada Executive Coaches, and exclusive networking events.
Transformational Leader Community
The Transformational Leader community is a new benefit for those with their CCHL Fellowship designation, others may purchase access through an annual subscription. Transformational Leader members will be able to access the content on the Member and Advanced Leader communities and have additional access to ongoing leadership development opportunities, valued at $3,500 per year, such as one hour of 1:1 coaching per year, one LEADS 360 Assessment per year (cost of debriefing is additional), resumé reviewed by a Career Support Executive Coach, the Summit Series of webinars, and exclusive networking events.
