Measuring Impact and ROI in Leadership Development in Healthcare – Winter 2024

The ability to connect the dots and show bottom-line accountability while maintaining quality and efficiencies is essential in healthcare. To meet this challenge, healthcare organizations must be more efficient (cost), more effective (better outcomes) and provide better satisfaction. This includes investment in clinical services innovation as well as programming to support and develop health human resources, including leadership development. The ROI Methodology is the best process to implement to ensure those investments add value and prove that value to all stakeholders, including both intangible and tangible measures.

At the end of the six online sessions, participants will have: 

-The ability to imbed ROI thinking into Leadership Development programs
-Acquired knowledge and skills to align programs and initiatives to organizational strategy
-A method to develop objectives at 5 levels of data – setting the program up for success

-ROI Workbook
-Online copy of “Measuring Success of Leadership Development”
-Upon completion, a certificate of completion for “Measuring Impact and ROI In Leadership Development in Healthcare” from the ROI Institute Canada and CCHL

Facilitator

Suzanne Schell, CRP, is the CEO of ROI Institute Canada. Suzanne teaches the ROI Methodology to healthcare audiences across Canada and is involved in numerous healthcare program evaluation projects. Her role includes developing data collection and analysis strategies to identifying change in behaviour, barriers to implementation and impact. Suzanne as the Canadian partner of the ROI Institute, operating as ROI Institute Canada, has brought the ROI Methodology to many healthcare organizations, authorities, and ministries through ROI Certification, one- and two-day workshops, webinars and consulting

These webinars are scheduled for 11:00am to 12:00pm ET

Fees

CCHL Members: $755
Non-Members: $930, this fee includes a 1-year membership to become a CCHL Member

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to programs@cchl-ccls.ca and received no later than 10 days prior to the start of the program. Registration fees will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received after that said deadline. No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the program. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. The Canadian College of Health Leaders is not liability for the refund of any required reading material.

Prior to 10 days before the start of each session, the Canadian College of Health Leaders reserves the right to make changes in the program or to cancel the session if registration targets are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the workshops are not held for any reason, the Canadian College of Health Leaders’ liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only.
