What role may health leaders play to retain the current, and prepare for the future, HHR workforce?

March 20, 2024

The Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) members have voted, and we are pleased to announce the next CCHL 2024 National Conversation topic will discuss: What role may health leaders play to retain the current health human resource workforce, as well as prepare for the influx of a new and younger workforce, so that the health system is sustainable, and the health workforce is engaged, empowered, and retained?

The CCHL National Conversation is an opportunity for CCHL members from across the country
to learn more about and contribute to advancing thought leadership on a priority topic facing
health leaders.

Part 1 will take place virtually with a moderated panel of experts sharing their knowledge, experience, and commenting on questions from the moderator (more details available soon). Part 2 will take place in-person this June in Halifax at the CCHL National Conference and will be led by a moderator and panel of experts with input from the audience.
