- Supporting diverse health leadership requires active listening, observing, learning and bystanding
These curated resources build on research undertaken with support from a women’s leadership grant from Status of Women Canada (now Women and Gender Equality) which had two inter-related objectives:
- Developing a strong and supportive network and community of practice among established and emerging women leaders; and
- Developing and implementing evidence-informed tools for transformative systemic change.
