Organizational LLF – Eastern Ontario Health Unit

Welcome to the LEADS Leadership Foundations Program

This online LEADS Leadership Foundations (LLF) program is a series of 7 interactive, professional development sessions, focusing on building the capacity of all health leaders at the Eastern Ontario Health Unit. 

The LLF program aligns the core concepts of each of the five domains in the LEADS in a Caring Environment capabilities framework with the leadership capabilities viewed through the lens of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). This program is designed to support your organization’s efforts in developing the leadership capacity necessary to create an environment of belonging, to achieve your organizational goals, and meet future challenges effectively.

We ask you to register for this program by creating a profile (Become a Member), or logging in to your existing CCHL profile.  Please note that you will need to return to this link once you are signed in.

Once you are successfully signed in to your CCHL profile, follow the instructions below:

1. Select + 1 (one) ticket and click on ‘Get Tickets‘,
2. Click on “Proceed to checkout‘, where you will be asked for additional information regarding your LEADS learning history, then click on ‘Save & checkout‘,
3. Review your personal information and make sure to CLICK on ‘Place order‘, to submit your registration.
