The Canadian College of Health Leaders is pleased to announce that 5 Certified LEADS Facilitators will be the first to be recognized with a new title: CCHL Leadership Faculty.
Congratulations to: Sharon Bishop, Michelle Gilchrist, Ed McKenzie, Doug Miron, and Betty Mutwiri.
To be recognized as CCHL Leadership Faculty, a Certified LEADS Facilitator must have contributed to the design and development of new CCHL Professional & Leadership Development programs, resources, and/or events, or provided consultation for the continuous improvement of existing products and services offered to clients and members of the College. CCHL Leadership Faculty are CCHL members with proven initiatives toward continuous quality improvement.
In this role, CCHL Leadership Faculty will continue to provide their leadership expertise in partnership with the College for ongoing program growth and enhancement. In addition, as mentors, CCHL Leadership Faculty will guide and support new LEADS Facilitator candidates as they prepare to certify.
