The Quebec Chapter of the Canadian College of Health Leaders is proud to welcome you to its Mentorship Program page.
What is mentoring?
The College defines mentoring as a relationship between two individuals in which one person (the mentor) helps another person (the mentee) to develop by sharing experiences, knowledge of the culture and environment, learning, and the development of specific skills.
Why mentoring?
Mentoring is more than an exchange of information. It is a partnership relationship that allows both people to learn and develop each other during the process. Both the mentor and mentee increase their professional abilities as leaders.
Who should participate?
This program is offered free of charge to all health managers, regardless of stage of their career, whether or not they are members of the CCHL, in both English and French.
